From 147 to 128

I’ve gained sooo much weight in the past year.  I’ve got about 20 pounds to lose.  Not too much, but a difficult challenge.  I’d like to lose 10 pounds by the end of the year.  Thats 36,000 extra calories to burn in 85 days, or 423 calories a day.  I’m not sure I can do it.  I think it’ll only really work if I lose a few fast bloat pounds, who knows?  I’m only 5′4″ and not significantly overweight, so an extra 423 calories a day is shooting high.  I’ve got a bad back that limits high impact exercise.  THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE, just a challenge.  So I’m planning on taking better care of myself and gettting on my way.

I want to like myself naked again, so that’s the challenge!!!
